RK Goaltending, founded and led by Ryan Kubic, is a goaltender development program built on the values of work ethic, discipline, and mental resilience. More than just technical training, RK Goaltending focuses on developing well-rounded athletes by strengthening both the physical and mental side of the game. It’s a place where goalies of all ages and skill levels grow in confidence, skill, and passion for their position.

As a former WHL goaltender, Ryan played four seasons with the Vancouver Giants, Saskatoon Blades, and Regina Pats, earning multiple league honors and setting a Giants franchise record for consecutive shutouts. He has also represented Team Canada U17 and attended the Vancouver Canucks Development Camp.

With over 15 years of playing experience and nearly a decade of coaching at the AA, AAA, and Junior levels, Ryan has worked alongside some of the game’s top goaltending coaches. His approach emphasizes strong fundamentals—positioning, skating, tracking, rebound control, and hockey sense—while helping goalies build confidence, resilience, and a lasting love for the position.
